As a Joiner at YourRetreats Ltd, you will play a vital role in the construction and installation of high-quality wooden structures that form the heart of our luxurious lodges. You will be responsible for ensuring every element meets our rigorous quality standards, contributing to the creation of truly exceptional living spaces.

Responsibilities:
  • Construct, install, and repair a variety of wooden structures and fixtures, including doors, windows, staircases, and bespoke joinery elements.
  • Accurately measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood and other materials according to project specifications and technical drawings.
  • Collaborate effectively with other tradespeople on-site to ensure seamless integration of joinery work within the overall construction process.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment at all times, adhering to strict health and safety protocols.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a skilled Joiner in a similar construction or manufacturing environment.
  • Mastery of various woodworking techniques and tools, including hand tools and power equipment.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications with accuracy.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
