We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Public Area Attendant to join our team at Bankside Hotel. As a Public Area Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our public areas, including the lobby, toilets, and meeting rooms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure all public areas are clean and tidy, adhering to our high standards of quality and service.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their queries and concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to maintain the cleanliness and organization of staff facilities.
  • Be flexible and adaptable, responding to changing situations and priorities with a positive attitude.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
