Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Public Area Attendant to join our team at art'otel Hoxton. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hospitality in our public areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all public areas, including lounges, restaurants, and corridors, are clean and well-maintained at all times.
  • Wash and sanitize toilets, sinks, and showers, and restock dispensers with soap and other essentials.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive guest experience.
