Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Public Area Attendant to join our team at The Dorchester Collection. As a Public Area Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring seamless and discreet interactions, and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization in our public spaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide attentive and personalized service to guests, responding to their needs and requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in public areas, including restrooms, corridors, and other common spaces.
  • Anticipate and respond to guest requests, such as providing additional supplies or assistance, and ensuring that all guest needs are met.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
