About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Public Area Attendant to join our Accommodation Services team at The Landmark London Hotel. As a Public Area Attendant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our public areas, back of house spaces, and offices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain all public areas, back of house areas, and offices, adhering to daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules.
  • Assist with deliveries, receiving orders, and storing stock in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Report any malfunctioning equipment or maintenance issues to the management team.
  • Participate in the training of new starters and assist in the onboarding process.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the management team.
Working Hours

You will be required to work 40 hours per week on a shift rota, ensuring that our guests and colleagues receive exceptional service and support.
