Event Coordination Specialist

Events Manager
Location: Bracknell, Berkshire
Type: 3 Month FTC, 3 days per week.
Salary: £32k - £35k pro rata
Remarkable Jobs is seeking an experienced Events Manager to lead the planning, execution, and oversight of a prestigious annual gathering. This position demands proficiency in managing event finances, orchestrating logistics, and partnering with the Marketing department to ensure impactful promotion. The Events Manager will collaborate closely with external partners, sponsors, and speakers to guarantee seamless operations on the day of the event.
Key Responsibilities of the Events Manager:
- Oversee the event budget and ensure meticulous documentation of all financial transactions.
- Work in tandem with the Marketing team to maintain uniform messaging and compliance with brand standards.
- Establish and manage a stakeholder group for effective event coordination.
- Engage with talent agencies and speakers to curate event content and timelines.
- Serve as the primary liaison for sponsors and oversee all sponsorship contracts.
- Introduce and execute innovative concepts for the event and its promotional initiatives.
- Manage logistics and front-of-house operations during the event.
- Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers to fulfill event needs.

- Experience in managing stakeholders effectively.
- A degree in event management is preferred, along with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
