Job Description

Arrow ECS is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Junior Customer Service Agent to join our team in Harrogate, UK.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our UK and Ireland-based clients, guiding them through the post-sales process. As a key member of our customer service team, you will work closely with internal departments to ensure seamless delivery of customer requirements and queries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day sales support and customer service activities for assigned accounts.
  • Liaise with other departments to fulfill customer requirements and queries.
  • Resolve customer queries and raise credit where necessary.
  • Perform general administration duties, including preparing reports.
  • Update customers on delivery expectations.

Requirements:

  • Experience in office administration and customer service.
  • Business fluency in English.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft tools, especially MS Excel.
  • Understanding of the sales process and customer importance.
  • Highly motivated with a proactive approach to workload.
  • Good organization skills and ability to work independently.
  • Team player.
