Cardiology Advanced Clinical Practitioner Opportunity

Pulse Nursing is partnering with Great Ormond Street Hospital to recruit an Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join their Cardiology team on a permanent basis. This role is open to practitioners with adult or paediatric experience within Cardiology.

About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our team. As an ACP, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to children and young people with congenital and acquired heart disease. You will work in partnership with a multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, effective, and patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical care to patients with cardiology conditions
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Contribute to the development of clinical care pathways

Requirements
  • Registered as a non-medical prescriber
  • Demonstrated skills in cardiology provision
  • Experience in case management of patients with cardiology conditions
  • Evidence of an e-portfolio illustrating your learning continuum
  • A professional 5-year development plan
