Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our Cardiology team at Great Ormond Street Hospital. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our clinical services.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide advanced clinical care to patients with cardiac conditions
* Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement clinical care pathways
* Participate in the development and implementation of education and training programs for healthcare professionals
* Contribute to the development of our clinical services and quality improvement initiatives

Requirements

* Registered as a non-medical prescriber
* Demonstrated experience in cardiology provision
* Evidence of case management of a group of patients within Cardiology
* E-portfolio illustrating learning continuum
* Professional 5-year development plan
