As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the outlet, encompassing all aspects of operations and facilities management.

Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate closely with the Centre Manager to execute the phased launch strategy, ensuring alignment with premium brand standards.
* Mobilise the site by establishing service agreements with contractors and implementing robust health, safety, and crisis management protocols.
* Ensure compliance with head office policies and relevant regulations to maintain a safe environment for all stakeholders.
* Procure and manage facilities management services and third-party suppliers to maintain high standards while optimising operational costs.

Post-launch, you will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring the delivery of high standards in facilities management, working proactively with suppliers and site support staff. You will also oversee all facility and contractor management (hard and soft services) and health & safety to ensure a safe environment for staff, tenants, and customers.
