About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Scientific Director to lead our commercial strategy and medical communications efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving scientific excellence and innovation across our advertising team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead a best-in-industry scientific/medical capability for our advertising team
  • Provide strategic leadership and scientific expertise to our medical copywriting team
  • Foster cross-team collaboration to ensure a cohesive approach to client projects
  • Construct and communicate scientifically aligned narratives to drive award-winning creative
  • Lead scientific pitch research and presentation, with a focus on complex narratives and programmes
  • Provide expert counsel and recommendations to clients on medical review of creative work and brand/account plans
  • Maintain high-profile visibility as a scientific and creative expert across multiple therapy areas
Qualifications

We are looking for an established scientific and creative leader with extensive heritage in medical communications and advertising. You should have a proven track record of leveraging scientific knowledge into creative execution, with a strong ability to innovate and problem-solve. Additionally, you should have a deep understanding of therapeutic areas and be able to lead scientific discourse.
