Key Responsibilities- Develop and lead a best-in-industry scientific/medical capability for our advertising team
- Provide strategic leadership and scientific expertise to our medical copywriting team
- Foster cross-team collaboration to ensure cohesive client project approaches
- Construct and communicate scientifically aligned narratives to drive award-winning creative
- Lead scientific pitch research and presentation, with a focus on complex narratives and programmes
- Provide expert counsel and recommendations to clients on medical review and brand/account planning
- Maintain high-profile visibility as a scientific and creative expert across multiple therapy areas
- Develop therapy area and/or brand scientific strategy in collaboration with our Scientific Strategy Team
We are looking for an established scientific and creative leader with extensive heritage in medical communications and advertising. You should have a proven ability to leverage scientific knowledge into creative execution, with a strong track record of innovation and problem-solving. You will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, able to inspire and motivate a team to deliver exceptional results.
