Job Summary

EnerSys Delaware Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Rental Asset Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the rental assets, ensuring timely delivery and collection, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming enquiries from sales teams and customers, responding promptly to stock enquiries.
  • Generate contracts on our computer system and quote customers as needed.
  • Arrange transportation to and from customer sites, ensuring timely delivery and collection of assets.
  • Maintain accurate records of rental assets' location, condition, and value.
  • Perform weekly spot checks of hire asset locations and condition, managing the process of any remedial action needed.
  • Update the Equipment stock list, including correct serial numbers, sizes, and locations.
  • Meet weekly KPIs and perform ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirements
  • Experience with word processing and Excel software.
  • Good computer skills, including proficiency in software applications.
  • Good numeracy skills and attention to detail.
