Job Title: Rental Asset Coordinator

Job Purpose

The Rental Asset Coordinator will be responsible for taking incoming enquiries from sales teams and customers, producing quotes when needed, responding to stock enquiries, arranging delivery and collection of assets, and maintaining accurate records of rental assets' location, condition, and value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take incoming enquiries from sales teams and customers
  • Respond to stock enquiries
  • Generate contracts on the computer system
  • Quote customers if not via sales team
  • Raise building requests and liaise with warehouse
  • Arrange transport to and from customer sites
  • Yearly checks that assets are still on site
  • Request PO numbers
  • Arrange collection of assets
  • Visually check the assets on their return
  • Enter collection charges and terminate the contract on the system
  • Liaise with warehouse staff to ascertain the location of the asset and record data
  • Weekly spot checks of hire asset locations and condition
  • Manage the process of any remedial action needed
  • Maintain the Equipment stock list, including correct serial numbers, sizes, and locations
  • Work to weekly KPIs
  • Ad-hoc duties when required
Requirements
  • Experience with word and excel
  • Good computer skills, including software
  • Good numeracy skills
