About the Role

We are a leading financial services organisation specialising in the high net worth buy to let sector. Our company is dedicated to providing exceptional mortgage solutions to our clients.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone to join our team who is wanting a mortgage based career. The role would suit candidates with either previous mortgage related work experience or those currently working in a related property sector such as estate agency lettings with a good understanding of the technical and legal aspects such as tenancy agreements, leases, lease extensions, ground rent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work to agreed objectives, service standards and deliverables.
  • Ensure relevant documentation and information received is checked for adherence to policy and criteria.
  • Deal with queries and enquiries effectively, accurately, and professionally, delivering excellent customer service.
  • Provide a prompt reply to all written correspondence.
  • Develop positive working relationships with colleagues.
  • Make suggestions for improvements to processes to enhance service and efficiency.
  • Adhere to internal/external compliance, credit review and audit requirements.
  • Apply all aspects of the desired consumer outcomes of Treating the Customer Fairly (TCF).
  • Use initiative to resolve queries outside own area of expertise.
  • Train and mentor new team members.
  • Take responsibility for your own learning and development.
  • All other associated duties and responsibilities and carry out any tasks as required by management

Requirements

  • Previous customer and administration experience ideally within a mortgage related role or from a more generalist property background dealing with the technical and legal aspects such as tenancy agreements, leases, lease extensions, ground rent etc.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong PC skills and a professional approach.
