About the Role

We are seeking two Completions Assistants to join our Operations Team, supporting the Completions Underwriters in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless mortgage completions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process requests for offer extensions, edit and produce letters
  • Manage requests to post/email mortgage offers, scan and upload documents to the DPR system
  • Chase brokers, solicitors, and valuers for outstanding information/documentation
  • Provide telephone support, making outbound calls to solicitors, brokers, and other third parties
  • Create customer mortgage offer packs and send reminders to solicitors and brokers for expiring mortgage offers
  • Support the Completions Underwriters with post and ad-hoc duties, instructing valuation re-inspections using the Quest website
  • Organize declined/cancelled files, closing outstanding diaries/tasks
  • Work to agreed objectives, service standards, and deliverables, dealing with queries and enquiries effectively
  • Develop positive working relationships with colleagues, suggesting improvements to processes to enhance service and efficiency
  • Adhere to internal/external compliance, credit review, and audit requirements, applying all aspects of the desired consumer outcomes of Treating the Customer Fairly (TCF)
  • Take responsibility for your own learning and development, carrying out any tasks as required by management
Requirements
  • Strong administration experience in an office environment
  • Experience in Financial Services is advantageous, but not essential
  • Confident in making outbound calls, with good communication skills both written and verbal
  • Enthusiastic, flexible, and keen to learn and develop a career in Financial Services
  • Adaptive to ongoing change, PC literate with a knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Willingness to study for relevant Financial Services qualifications
