Mandarin Speaking Travel Programme Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mandarin speaking travel programme coordinator to join our team at People First (Recruitment) Ltd.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of our business. As a Mandarin speaking travel programme coordinator, you will be responsible for liaising with existing accounts, establishing new accounts, and submitting daily feedback to the operations manager and head of China.

You will also be responsible for organising and delivering student trips, including creating itineraries to a set budget, proposals, and making reservations. Additionally, you will be required to travel between China and the UK 2-4 times per year.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with existing accounts and establish new accounts from potential sales outlets or trade referrals
  • Submit daily feedback to the operations manager and head of China using online systems
  • Organise and deliver student trips, including creating itineraries to a set budget, proposals, and making reservations
  • Travel between China and the UK 2-4 times per year
Requirements
  • Mandarin mother tongue and English fluent
  • Be able to travel between China and the UK 2-4 times per year
  • Hold a valid working VISA if not a UK citizen
  • Computer literacy across multiple sales and workflow programs, such as Monday, WeChat, Zoom, Microsoft365, and HubSpot
  • People management and leadership skills
  • Financial and commercial acumen with strong data analytical skills and an eye for detail
  • Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively and multitask to ensure high-quality work and excellent results
