About the Role

This is a full-time, office-based position as a Customer Operations and Logistics Coordinator. The successful candidate will be integral to our mission of delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics and supply chain.

Main Responsibilities
  • Act as the crucial point of contact between customers and the sales, warehouse, and delivery teams.
  • Provide exceptional service to our wholesale and retail customers.
  • Handle wholesale customer onboarding, coordinate order processing, and manage daily enquiries.
  • Manage invoicing and assist with statements and control credit.
  • Assist warehouse with inventory management.
  • Develop and implement new processes to enhance efficiencies across our operations.
