Business Development Director

Join Solutions Engineering Recruitment as a Business Development Director and take on a challenging role that requires strategic thinking and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to support business objectives and sales forecasts within the wholesale and contractor sectors.
  • Establish strong relationships with key customer accounts and work closely with them to identify areas for mutual growth and profitability.
  • Maximize sales opportunities and proactively seek new business avenues to convert into profitable sales.
  • Plan, forecast, and report on sales activity within your area against key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with internal departments and stakeholders to achieve sales goals.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in external sales with responsibility for wholesale and contractor accounts.
  • Successful sales history and ability to influence and communicate effectively at all levels.
  • A professional, self-motivated, and passionate individual with drive and ambition.
  • Full UK driving license.
