Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Team Lead to join our team at KHR - Recruitment Specialists. As a Customer Support Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer support representatives and ensuring that they provide excellent service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of customer support representatives and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback and make recommendations for process improvements.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Recruit, train, and develop customer support representatives to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent service.
  • Manage customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a leadership position.
  • Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other departments.
