Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cruise Sales and Service Consultant to join our team at Broadway Travel. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and sales expertise to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide expert advice to customers on a wide range of cruise products and destinations, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  2. Maximize sales opportunities through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques.
  3. Assist with the administration of customer bookings, including processing payments and providing documentation.
  4. Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs), including conversion rates and profit margins.
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible advice and guidance.
  7. Collaborate with other team members to achieve business objectives and improve overall performance.
Requirements
  1. Minimum of 2 years' experience in general travel sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.
  2. Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  3. Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft packages, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
