Job Description

Guided Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Support Specialist to promote our Vascular portfolio by providing hands-on clinical support and education to medical professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop in-depth knowledge of our medical device portfolio and related products.
  • Provide exceptional service to clinical and non-clinical customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Deliver technical product training to medical professionals and internal teams on the use of our medical devices, as required.
  • Provide market intelligence and feedback to our divisional personnel, enabling informed business decisions.
  • Identify and evaluate new product ideas, providing recommendations to our Sales Manager and Account Specialist.
  • Ensure timely distribution of new or updated product information to customers and internal teams.
  • Participate in local and international exhibitions, meetings, and lectures, promoting our medical devices and sharing knowledge with our team.
  • Prepare written reports for our Sales Manager, as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in clinical support is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of relevant clinical procedures is highly desirable.
  • Ability to interpret clinical data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of self-motivation.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Language Skills – strong written and verbal command of English and other relevant languages.
  • Proven problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Excellent Networking skills.
  • Excellent numeric skills.
  • Availability and willingness to travel extensively on company business, with an average of 3-4 overnights per week.
  • Current driving license.
  • Must reside within the London or surrounding area.
