Buying & Merchandising Assistant Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Buying & Merchandising team as a Buying & Merchandising Assistant. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for supporting the buying and merchandising process, ensuring the smooth operation of our stores and web platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor stock levels and sales performance across all stores, identifying opportunities to optimize stock movements and improve sales.
  • Assist in the creation of buying files and ensure accurate order processing.
  • Chase brands for order confirmations and verify against placed orders.
  • Review intake to ensure timely delivery of stock.
  • Provide administrative support to the buying and merchandising team, including data entry and reporting.
Requirements:
  • Excellent Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
  • Strong customer service and administration experience.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Initiative to run projects and identify opportunities.
