Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor stock and sales in each store and move stocks when needed
  • Store stock transfers
  • Assist with information sharing with stores/web team
  • Monitor store discounts
  • Assist with the input of stock take info/results
  • Assist with stock replenishment
  • Ensure that sale info reaches stores/web in a timely and orderly fashion
  • Create buying files to correlate with all orders placed
  • Chase brands for order confirmations/checking against orders placed
  • Review intake to ensure all deliveries are on time
Requirements
  • Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
  • Excellent customer service and administration experience
  • Ability to work with Microsoft systems
  • Initiative to run projects and identify opportunities
