Key Responsibilities:- Monitor stock levels and sales performance across all stores, identifying opportunities to optimize stock movement and minimize stockouts.
- Collaborate with the buying and merchandising team to create and maintain accurate buying files, ensuring timely and efficient order processing.
- Assist with stock transfers, store discounts, and stock replenishment, ensuring that all stock movements are accurately recorded and reported.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including store teams and web administrators, to ensure seamless communication and information sharing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
