Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Client Solutions Operations Manager to take charge of the Client Service Support Team and serve as the main escalation contact within Global Client Service Operations (GCSO) across various business sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular evaluations of the services delivered to Client Teams, identifying challenges and sharing insights with the GCSO management team.
  • Lead the redesign of the operational model as necessary.
  • Oversee and assess non-standard models, ensuring they are suitable and exploring strategic alternatives.
  • Engage with stakeholders to review the opportunity pipeline consistently.
  • Manage the assessment and design of intricate components of the onboarding process.
  • Collaborate closely with distribution to monitor best practice guidelines, ensuring tactical solutions are effectively tracked and strategic options are evaluated.
  • Serve as the escalation point for all Client Teams regarding operational service challenges and assist in evaluating the ongoing appropriateness of LGIM's service for pooled and segregated institutional clients.
  • Act as the project lead for operations and client service initiatives, working in tandem with Client Teams and other essential stakeholders.
  • Maintain strong professional relationships across key business areas and enhance your ability to engage with senior management to advocate for client service priorities.
  • Exhibit a robust understanding of LGIM products, operational platforms, and clients' strategic service needs.

Qualifications:

  • Comprehensive investment knowledge, including familiarity with various investment vehicle options.
  • Awareness of current investment market trends and economic factors.
  • Experience in the investment management sector, providing exceptional client service and sales support.
  • Proven ability to manage relationships with external clients, including senior-level contacts.
  • Experience in the pensions or insurance sectors is advantageous.
  • Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
