About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Mental Health Practitioner to join our team as an Advanced Clinical Lead. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role and contribute to the strategic direction of our service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the delivery of high-quality mental health services to our service users, ensuring that they receive expert clinical assessment and individualized specialist treatment interventions.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of service-wide policies and procedures, ensuring that they are aligned with national standards and best practices.
  • Lead and manage a team of multidisciplinary staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are equipped to deliver excellent care.
  • Collaborate with other teams and agencies to ensure that our service users receive seamless and coordinated care.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with service users, their families, and carers, ensuring that their needs are met and their voices are heard.
Requirements
  • Professional qualifications in Mental Health Nursing, psychology, OT, or Social Work.
  • Extensive experience of providing a range of interventions to people with mental health needs.
  • Experience of partnership working within and across various statutory and non-statutory teams and agencies.
  • Leadership qualification and experience of leading staff or teams in practice improvement.
  • Advanced skills in assessment, planning, and therapeutic intervention, as well as problem-solving.
