Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced leader to join our Early Intervention Service as an Advanced Practitioner. The successful candidate will have a strong background in mental health leadership and a passion for delivering high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of mental health professionals to deliver high-quality care and services.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery and outcomes.
- Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless service provision.
- Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure a motivated and skilled team.
Requirements
- Proven experience in mental health leadership and service development.
- Strong knowledge of mental health policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Full UK driving license and use of a vehicle.
