About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a Senior Mental Health Practitioner. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will play a vital role in shaping the strategic direction of our Early Intervention service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversight of caseload care coordination, ensuring delivery of expert clinical assessment and individualized specialist treatment interventions as part of a service user's overall multi-disciplinary team care plan.
  • Contribution to shaping the strategic direction of the service, ensuring alignment with national quality standards and outcomes.
  • Leadership and management of a designated team of multidisciplinary staff, including line management, budgetary responsibility, and performance management.
  • Development and implementation of service improvement initiatives, ensuring a recovery-focused approach and strong practice of collaboration and co-production with service users and their families.
Requirements
  • Professional qualifications in Mental Health Nursing, psychology, OT, or Social Work.
  • Extensive experience of providing a range of interventions to people with mental health needs.
  • Experience of partnership working within and across various statutory and non-statutory teams and agencies.
  • Leadership qualification and/or experience of leading staff or teams in practice improvement.
