As a key member of our IT support team, you will be responsible for managing a team of support professionals, implementing best practices, and collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our service desk.
Key Responsibilities

- Maintain IT team documentation in line with changes.
- Build strong client relationships with your customer service skills and professionalism.
- Assist senior-level engineers in business infrastructure projects.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT service desk management or a related role.
- Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and best practices.
- Proven experience in team management, performance evaluation, and coaching.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in IT service management tools and software.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement process improvements.
