Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive commercial strategy to drive user engagement and revenue growth across all markets.
  • Lead the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure commercial success.
  • Collaborate with regional teams and CEOs to execute plans and deliver results.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure successful commercial initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor analysis to inform commercial strategy.
  • Develop and manage budgets and resources to achieve commercial objectives.
  • Provide regular business reviews to DAZN management to ensure alignment and progress towards commercial goals.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in B2C commercial management, strategy, and business development.
  • Proven leadership abilities with a track record of recruiting, building, and coaching high-performing teams.
