At Nobleliveincare, we're committed to delivering exceptional care and wellbeing services to our clients. We're seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Care and Wellbeing Coordinator to join our team.
Job SummaryThe Care and Wellbeing Coordinator will be responsible for developing and managing care packages that promote person-centred care and a safeguarding approach. This role will involve working closely with clients, care staff, and other stakeholders to ensure the highest quality of care is delivered.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage care packages that meet the needs of clients
- Work closely with care staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality care
- Conduct regular reviews and assessments to ensure the quality of care is maintained
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of care services
- Provide support and guidance to care staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality care
To be successful in this role, you will need to be an experienced care professional with a passion for delivering high-quality care. You will need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
You will also need to have a full driving licence and be able to travel to meet with clients and care staff.
