We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Care and Wellbeing Coordinator to join our team at Care By Us Ltd. As a Care and Wellbeing Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality care packages that promote person-centred care and a safeguarding approach.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage a portfolio of care packages that meet the needs of our clients
  • Work closely with care staff to ensure the quality of care is maintained to a high standard
  • Contribute to the forecasting and delivery of budgets and financial KPIs
  • Provide regular updates and reports to management on client progress and care package delivery
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in care management and delivery
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Full driving licence and access to a vehicle
