Job Title: Care and Wellbeing Coordinator

At Care By Us Ltd, we're seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Care and Wellbeing Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support services to our clients in the Midlands region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage care packages that promote person-centred care and a safeguarding approach.
  • Take ownership of client packages of care, contributing to forecasting and delivery of budgets and financial KPIs.
  • Have direct and regular contact with clients and their care staff to review and establish the quality of care.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of up to £33,600 per annum.
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including wellbeing resources, financial advice, and up to 14% discount at over 40 retailers.
  • 22 days' holiday (increasing to 25 days after 3 years' service) plus bank holidays.
  • Occupational maternity pay, adoption pay, and paternity pay.
  • Death in service payment and occupational sick pay.
Requirements:
  • An efficient, organised, and experienced care professional with a passion for providing high-quality community care.
  • A driver with a full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
