We are seeking an experienced and business-oriented Operations Manager to lead our client's strategic business objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing visionary leadership, making critical strategic decisions, and ensuring the workforce is fully trained and up to their tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Support the company in strategic planning and ensure the business is adequately resourced.

Requirements:

  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills.
  • Policy Understanding: A strong understanding of policy, planning, and strategy.
  • Policy Development: Experience in developing, implementing, and reviewing policies and procedures.
  • Financial Management: Ability to manage budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing.
  • Recruitment and Training: A proven track record of recruiting and training staff.
  • Problem-Solving: Problem-solving skills and the ability to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Partnerships: Capacity to build alliances and partnerships with other organizations.
  • Industry Experience: Experience within the clothing industry is desirable but not essential.
