We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at The Nelson Inn. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in leading our team and contributing to the success of our pub.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate our team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Operational Management: Assist in the day-to-day management of the pub, including staff supervision, inventory management, and cash handling.
