About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Amazon Marketplace Manager to join our team at Intelligent Change Inc. and drive growth and profitability across our Amazon channel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Results: Identify and execute profit maximisation activities to achieve financial targets through marketing, sales, and merchandising strategies.
  • Manage Product Performance: Track and analyse the performance and profitability of our products across all marketplaces through organic and paid activities.
  • Content Optimisation: Enhance product titles, descriptions, categorisations, and content to improve page rank, SEO, and sales.
  • PPC Management: Manage and optimise day-to-day PPC activities for the assigned product portfolio in line with set KPIs.
  • Marketing Deals and Promotions: Execute marketing deals, promotions, coupons, and promo codes to drive sales and growth.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research, voice of the customer, and competitive research to improve product performance and market share growth.
  • Fulfilment Metrics: Track and communicate with the Operations Lead to forecast, oversee, and manage product inventory levels to retain premium shipping eligibility.
  • Marketplace Performance: Report and analyse marketplaces performance and operating metrics on a daily and weekly basis.
  • Customer Service: Interact with the Customer Service team to respond to customer complaints and requests for technical product information.
  • Amazon Policies and Trends: Stay up-to-date on Amazon policies, trends, and best practices to maintain our excellent Account Health status.
Requirements
  • Data Management and Analytical Skills: Proven track record of digging into data and finding solutions for performance issues.
  • E-commerce and Digital Marketing Experience: Proven experience in e-commerce and digital marketing, with a focus on Amazon.
  • Independent Work Style: Ability to work independently, adapt to a fluid environment, and manage multiple projects.
  • PPC Expertise: Experience in setting up, managing, and optimising paid campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display).
