Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Monaghans Property. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality project management services to our clients across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Delivery: Lead and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.
  • Client Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Cost Management: Provide expert cost management services, including contract administration, cost planning, and budgeting.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and develop junior staff, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the growth and development of the company.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
  • Experience: 5 years' experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and manage teams.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction law, contract administration, and cost management principles.
