We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team at WeDo RPO. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered within budget and to the highest standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail and commercial construction, with experience working on large-scale projects. You will be responsible for establishing client requirements, advising on procurement, and undertaking feasibility studies. Additionally, you will be responsible for calculating material quantities and costs, labor costs, and delivering achievable project timeframes.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Project Management: Managing projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered within budget and to the highest standards.
  • Client Requirements: Establishing client requirements, advising on procurement, and undertaking feasibility studies.
  • Cost Estimation: Calculating material quantities and costs, labor costs, and delivering achievable project timeframes.
  • Tender Preparation: Preparing and analyzing project costings for tenders, such as materials, quantities, labor, and time.
  • Contract Administration: Preparing tender and contract documents, providing expert pre- and post-contract support.
  • Cost Analysis: Providing cost analysis, advice, and reports to clients, identifying potential cost-saving opportunities.
