Key Responsibilities
  • Database Optimization: As a Senior Backend Engineer, you will make critical enhancements to our Postgres database, ensuring that our data architecture is optimized for scalability, performance, and reliability, facilitating seamless integration with our application services and improving overall system efficiency.
  • Backend Service Development: You will be responsible for creating high-performance APIs that are integral to realizing our product vision.
  • Technical Leadership: You will play a key role in Mintago's technical discussions, influencing technology choices, architectural modifications, and advancing engineering practices.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: You will work closely with the product and engineering teams to develop features that enhance user satisfaction.
