Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mortgage & Protection Specialist to join our team at Consegna Talent. As a key member of our financial services team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clients on mortgage and protection solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Consultation: Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their financial needs and objectives.
  • Mortgage Solutions: Advise clients on a range of mortgage products, including residential, buy-to-let, high net worth, commercial, and bridge finance.
  • Application Processing: Manage mortgage applications from start to finish, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
  • Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with market trends and regulations, providing expert insights to clients.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Documentation: Assist with necessary documentation for applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.
  • Networking: Develop relationships with industry professionals, staying connected with the latest developments and trends.
  • Problem Resolution: Address any issues that may arise during the application process, providing swift and effective solutions.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Mortgage Broker, with expertise in residential, buy-to-let, high net worth, commercial, and bridge finance.
  • Certification: CeMAP or equivalent certification required.
  • Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
