Post Funding Property Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Conveyancing / Post Funding Team as a Post Funding Property Support Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the activities of our mortgage business, ensuring that we can make informed risk assessments when property owners wish to make changes to their assets or associated security.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including updating customer account ledgers and managing the pipeline to deliver on agreed service level agreements.
- Case Management: Assist in the management of cases, including identifying incoming matters and ensuring they are added to the queue of work to be processed.
- Collaboration: Develop effective working relationships with other departments to ensure the customers' needs are met throughout the journey.
- Discharge of Securities: Efficiently handle the discharge of securities on redeemed accounts and support the redemption of live accounts to achieve service level agreements.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues and customers.
- Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Literacy and Numeracy: Strong literacy and numeracy skills, with the ability to understand and interpret complex information.
- Flexibility: A flexible approach and ability to adapt to change, with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
