We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to join our team as an HR Business Partner. This is a fixed-term contract for 12 months, working full-time hours of 37 per week.
Key Responsibilities:- Partner with stakeholders to ensure all people-related activities align with our organisational values and policies.
- Mentor and coach People Advisors, providing expert guidance on complex employee relations cases.
- Lead workforce planning initiatives, supporting managers in talent management, succession planning, and performance management.
- Coordinate and support HR projects, including TUPE processes, change management, and employee engagement.
- Ensure compliance with CQC standards, GDPR, and legal requirements, mitigating risks within the People function.
- Proven expertise in HR advisory roles or business partnering, with at least 5 years of experience.

- Exceptional communication and report writing abilities.
- Experience in managing TUPE processes, handling complex employee relations issues, and supporting strategic business planning.
