Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled commercial property solicitor to lead our commercial property department at Kingsfords. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in all areas of commercial property work and the ability to confidently supervise and mentor other staff members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the commercial property department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow the department and increase revenue.
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional development.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities to increase business and revenue.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve our services and stay ahead of the competition.

Requirements:

  • At least 8 years of PQE in commercial property law.
  • Proven experience in all areas of commercial property work, including property acquisition and disposal, leasing, and development.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
