Position Overview

INTRODUCTION

Diagonal Recruitment is representing a leading programmatic supply-side platform that has established a distinctive presence in the market over recent years. As the company embarks on an expansion phase into key international territories, we are in search of a Head of Programmatic Alliances to spearhead the generation of revenue from Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs) and other collaborative platforms.

ROLE SUMMARY

  • Engage with major DSP partners at a senior level to foster strategic relationships.
  • Establish and nurture enduring, mutually advantageous trading partnerships.
  • Conduct comprehensive quarterly business evaluations to ensure the implementation of effective strategies and the co-development of key performance indicators (KPIs) with partners.
  • Assess the business requirements of partners and collaboratively create a roadmap that drives innovation for the organization, benefiting the broader industry.
  • Identify and resolve challenges while fulfilling commitments; collaborate closely with Technical, Product, and Data teams to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Oversee ongoing initiatives for the executive team and provide insights on performance through dashboards and analytics to enhance partnerships and overall organizational growth.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • 4-5+ years of experience in partnerships or account management within the advertising technology sector.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the advertising technology landscape, particularly in relation to SSPs, DMPs, with a focus on DSP partnerships.

  • Ideally, you possess a background in commercial operations within an SSP and have experience integrating with demand-side platforms.

  • You excel in dynamic environments, embracing change and disruption while achieving business objectives, having significantly contributed to growth and success in previous roles.
