The Opportunity:

Our Performance Marketing division is expanding, and we are seeking a seasoned Programmatic Lead to enhance our team.

In this pivotal role, you will oversee all facets of our programmatic advertising initiatives, encompassing strategy formulation, campaign execution, optimization, and performance evaluation. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of programmatic buying platforms, exceptional analytical capabilities, and a proven history of delivering results in a fast-paced agency setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and execute programmatic advertising strategies that align with client goals and performance indicators.
  • Oversee all components of programmatic campaigns, including setup, optimization, and performance monitoring.
  • Leverage programmatic buying platforms (e.g., DSPs, DMPs) to implement campaigns across various digital channels such as display, video, and mobile.
  • Conduct audience segmentation and targeting to engage the most relevant demographics with customized messaging.
  • Continuously monitor campaign performance and proactively optimize to enhance key metrics such as CTR, CPA, and ROI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including account management, creative, and analytics, to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in programmatic advertising.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to clients, showcasing campaign performance and opportunities for enhancement.
  • Mentor and support junior team members, offering training and guidance as necessary.

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in digital advertising, particularly in programmatic buying.
  • Proficiency with programmatic buying platforms such as Google Display & Video 360, The Trade Desk, or similar DSPs.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract actionable insights from campaign data.
  • Experience managing programmatic campaigns across multiple channels (display, video, mobile, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, able to manage multiple campaigns concurrently in a dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve results and meet performance targets within budgetary constraints.
  • Google Ads and/or IAB certification(s) are advantageous.
  • A collaborative team player with a humble attitude.
