About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Clinical Manager to join our client's team in Glasgow. As a Clinical Manager, you will be responsible for leading a small to medium-sized care home providing general nursing, residential, and dementia care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with external stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Conduct audits and ensure adherence to care standards
  • Manage staff and budgets to ensure efficient operation of the care home

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must be an RGN with a background in care home management. You should have excellent knowledge of Care Inspectorate requirements and be able to successfully market the care home. A transparent management style and a focus on staff well-being and development are essential.
