Job Summary
This role is part of the Mental Health Review Team at Lancashire County Council, where you will support individuals in various settings who require additional assistance to live independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support to individuals in different settings, promoting their independence and well-being.
- Work collaboratively with a range of people, including those with mental health needs, to deliver high-quality care and support.

Requirements

- Commitment to delivering high-quality care and support, adhering to professional standards and guidelines.
- Valid driving license and access to a car for business use (or willingness to consider alternative arrangements).
