Make a difference in a child's life by joining Esland Care as a highly valued Children's Residential Support Worker.

As a Children's Residential Support Worker, you will provide an outstanding level of childcare and support to our young people, enabling them to achieve amazing outcomes.

Our Nelson home is a solo service, providing therapeutic care for a young person who may initially struggle to live in a larger group home and with other children.

We are looking for experienced, nurturing, and dedicated individuals who can provide a safe and supportive environment for our young people.

Responsibilities:

* Provide high-quality childcare and support to our young people
* Work collaboratively with our team to provide a safe and supportive environment
* Support our young people with their domestic needs, education, and socialisation skills
* Participate in fun activities and excursions with our young people

Requirements:

* A Full driving licence, issued in the UK
* Full right to work in the UK with no restrictions
* Values in line with Esland Care's, such as taking a therapeutic, person-centred approach to childcare
* Due to industry regulations, applicants must be aged 21 or above

Previous experience in residential childcare is desirable, but not essential, as we provide comprehensive training.

Successful employment is subject to satisfactory Full Enhanced Disclosure, right to work, and reference checks in line with government regulations and Safer Recruitment Practices.
