About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Home Manager to lead our residential care home in Peterborough, Lincolnshire. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and service delivery to our residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of multi-skilled professionals, including Deputy Managers, Unit Managers, Care Assistants, Administrators, Housekeepers, Catering and Site Maintenance Personnel.
  • Ensure the home is compliant with local governing bodies and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the needs of our residents.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care and service delivery, making improvements as necessary.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and resident satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Registered Manager with a Leadership and Management in Care Level 5 qualification.
  • Proven experience in managing a residential care home, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality care and service.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to respond to changing circumstances and priorities.
